• Mesquite has more than 70 parks and 4 recreation centers
• There are 51 public schools and about 8 private schools.
• Our corporate mission field stretches from La Prada to Beltline to Towneast Blvd to Interstate 635.
• • “Help us to love the members of our community well, as You would have us.”
• “Give us favor in the eyes of those we talk to.”

2. Prayer for our faithfulness to love our community as we reach out

• The 2 greatest needs of those we surveyed during food distribution was 1) family relationship issues, and 2) access to medical care
• Prayer “Give us courage to share the gospel and the initiative to disciple those who need it.”

3. Prayer for our courage and strength to stand against our enemies

• We are thankful for a Christian mayor, Dan Aleman, but we know not everyone wants us to lead others to Christ.
• Prayer “Father, give strength and protection as we encounter resistance, spiritual or otherwise.”
• Prayer “United as we participate in Your mission to make disciples of all nations and nationalities.”
